The Arizona Cattle Feeders' Association - Membership Information
Legislative Representation:

Today's cattle industry faces more challenges than our founders could have ever imagined. You are represented by the Arizona Cattle Feeder's Association where it is advantageous for a cattle producer's viewpoint to be known. Representing your interests in the Legislature is an enormous job. That's why we have a professional staff to review, analyze, and lobby for or against the many bills that are introduced each year. While you're tending to your business of raising cattle, we'll be serving as your personal representative at numerous state and national hearings to keep you informed and to make sure that your voice is heard. ACFA's representation of cattlemen in government and industry affairs has proven an indispensable force in meeting these new and complex challenges.

Public Relations:

ACFA acts as a clearinghouse for disseminating helpful information to sources within and outside of the industry. It acts as a host to visitors and a coordinator of events related to your industry. We assist within promotional programs to encourage beef consumption. When appropriate, press releases are sent to media and many other actions are taken when necessary or advantageous. We are your voice to six million people who don't live in the country.

Litigation Advocate:

The ACFA is your advocate in matters dealing with various litigation activities. We have a very active Litigation Fund that is used to help pay legal fees on cases in which the ACFA becomes involved. Currently, we are involved in or monitoring approximately 15 lawsuits to protect the general membership of the ACFA.

Industry Liaison:

ACFA works closely with dozens of other agricultural organizations, exchanging ideas and expertise, in order to ensure a solid voice for Arizona's agricultural industry.
